Thanks for sharing your thoughts on that topic!

Healthy narcissism is a term that refers to a positive and balanced sense of self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-interest. It is not the same as narcissistic personality disorder, which involves a lack of empathy, a sense of entitlement, and a grandiose self-image. Healthy narcissists are able to appreciate themselves and their achievements, but also care about others and their feelings. They do not exploit or manipulate others to fulfill their needs, and they can accept criticism and feedback.

An example of healthy narcissism is someone who is proud of their work and enjoys receiving praise, but also acknowledges the contributions of others and gives credit where it is due. They are not afraid to pursue their goals and passions, but they do not neglect their relationships or responsibilities. They have a realistic and objective view of their strengths and weaknesses, and they are willing to learn and grow from their experiences. They are happy with who they are, but they do not think they are better than anyone else.
