A multipotentialite is someone who has multiple potentialities or talents, and who does not fit into a single category or niche. They are also known as polymaths, scanners, renaissance people, or Da Vincis. The term Da Vinci syndrome was coined by Dr. Barbara Sher, a career coach and author, who described it as:
“the frustration of very creative people who have too many interests to choose one career”.
