Psycho cybernetics is a psychological concept for understanding how people achieve, or fail to achieve, goals. It was developed by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, a plastic surgeon who noticed that some of his patients did not improve their self-image after surgery, while others did. He realized that the key factor was not the physical change, but the mental change that accompanied it. He wrote a book called Psycho-Cybernetics in 1960, which became a bestseller and influenced many self-help and personal development experts.

What is Psycho Cybernetics?
Psycho cybernetics is based on the idea that the human mind is like a cybernetic system, which means a system that can regulate itself by feedback.
