The Science and Practice of the Frequency of Authenticity

What does it mean to be authentic? How does authenticity relate to our frequency, or the vibration of our energy field? And how can we use authenticity to achieve higher states of consciousness and transcendence?

Authenticity is the state of being true to oneself, or expressing one’s thoughts, feelings, and values without fear, shame, or compromise. Authenticity is not a fixed or static trait, but a dynamic and evolving process that requires self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-expression.

Frequency, on the other hand, is the rate at which something vibrates or oscillates. Frequency can be measured in hertz (Hz), which is the number of cycles per second. Frequency can also be applied to our energy field, or the electromagnetic field that surrounds and permeates our physical body. Our energy field is influenced by our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and intentions, as well as by external factors such as the environment, people, and events.

According to some spiritual teachings and practices, such as those of Dr. Joe Dispenza, our frequency determines our level of consciousness and our ability to access higher dimensions of reality. The higher our frequency, the more we are aligned with our true nature, or our soul. The lower our frequency, the more we are attached to our ego, or our false self.

The frequency of authenticity is the highest possible frequency that we can attain in our human form. It is the frequency that resonates with our soul’s purpose and potential. It is the frequency that allows us to transcend the limitations of our physical body and experience higher states of awareness and bliss.

How can we raise our frequency to the level of authenticity? Here are some steps that may help us:

  • Know yourself. The first step to being authentic is to know who you are, what you want, and what you value. This requires introspection, reflection, and honesty. You can use tools such as journaling, meditation, or personality tests to gain more insight into yourself.
